I have been trying to print on A5 paper with Abiword 1.0.2, but it starts printing half way down the page. I have tried different margin settings. Side margins are correct, it's just that it won't start printing at the top of the paper.
I have tried Abiword with Libranet, SuSE and Mandrake; they all give the same result. KWord and Open Office print correctly on A5. A4 printing is correct. Has anyone else had this problem, please? If so, how did you solve it? Many thanks.
