I can activate HDMI output on a running ac100 or boot with HDMI cable
plugged. Howewer the resolution of my external 1680x1050 (16:10) screen
would always be limited to 640x480 (4:3). I cannot change this value.
Screen detection would not be possible. The external screen remains
