sound driver is ac100 specific. there is no mainline driver for our codec and I also suspect some bugs in board configuration (like wrong clocks) that make overall configuration nonworking even with correct codec driver. last time I hacked sound bits, I got AMP powered up and configurable, but just control interface (i2c), not data (i2s). so it is now capable of adjusting white noise volume via mixer, but no actual sound data arriving codec. > How do the various kernels from toshiba, nvidia and > chromium handle suspend for example?
