I am having suspend problems, system GUI freeze after waking up from suspend, caps-lock still able to toggle, in combination with the nvidia-tegra package after removing the driver (dpkg -r nvidia-tegra) suspend work fine. Tested on: AC100-10D running Ubuntu precise armel running the android 2.1 bootloader. When I reinstall the nvidia-tegra driver suspend stops working again. The same system freeze happens if i simply switch to and back from console ctrl-alt-f1 ctrl-alt-f7.
