Actually I tried setting up the local SMTP of our Windows2000 server to allow relay but never tried to send 25K. because I don't want my account to be blocked again for 12 hours. Do you think it will allow me?   I'm here in United Arab Emirates and our local ISP allow you only for 50 emails per connection but I never used it.
