Experience: 3-8 yrs
Education: Graduate CS or EE or Equivalent (MCSE / MCSD / MCDBA
certification preferred)
Location: Bangalore
Role and responsibility
· Should have worked extensively on core windows operating
system (Win 2K or Win 2003)
· Should have done Implementation, installation / configuration
/ migration and trouble shooting of the Operating system.
· Should have worked extensively on Active directory services,
DNS, DHCP.
· Deployments is an added advantage
· Should have worked on Back ups, Disaster recovery.
· Should have handled at least 10-15 servers.
· Should have excellent Customer service and Communication
skills
· Should be comfortable working in voice based support in Night
Shifts
· Should have knowledge about hardware.
