In the query behind the report, you can go to the query properties (right-click
in the top area) and in Top Values, put 6. Be sure you have it sorted
appropriately so the first six are the ones you want.

Subject: [AccessDevelopers] Limit Records in a Report

I would like to limit the number of records shown in a report that is
generated from a bound form. There are 8 records in my table (that is
bound to my form) and I would like to show only the first 6 records on
my report. Is there a way to do this? Thank you!
