I have not seen this in Access, but I have had something similar
happen in other applications. First, have your client dump temp files, and
then see if bumping the Graphics Accelerator card down a couple of notches
helps.

Subject: [AccessDevelopers] Problem with Find window
Has anybody seen this (better yet, solved it)? This happens only on the client's machine, not mine. We're running Access 2003, and she uses the Find button to locate a record. When she clicks back on the form that's running and then back to the Find window, all the Find objects blank out except what has the focus, usually the Find field. If you run the mouse cursor over the window, the other objects appear, but not the background color, looks almost like a ghost of the normal window.
