Thank you Toby, Oller and Robert! Whether 5 or 6 ... either way was
close enough to experiment .. and it worked Great!

When Robert initially stated "Dialog" I mis-interpreted that as 
one of the options for the form border property of the pop-up form. It 
makes sense now considering that one form may launch a another form for 
the purpose of dialogue .. from which the initial form /program could 
determine its next step.
