I have several books for Access 2000 and 2003 including 2 of John's latest books 2003 Inside Out and Building Applications but no where I've look has any information on modules. I've checked in help and on line at MS. Where do I go? How do I call a function? How do I write a function? I want to write a function that will open a recordset and preform code to the end of the file. Now I have the code behind "OnCurrent" event of the form and cycle through all the records to get the calculated control. I'm looking at orders and comparing completeness, shortages and over shipments as well on time results. Most of the code is If Then Else statements and work correctly. I would like to either automate this on opening the form or from a button on the form. I've had some one to offer to write the code for pay, however I want to learn how myself.
