You might try separating your print command lines
 
 WordObj.PrintOut Background:=True,Page:="1"

I just saw Dian’s response to your question, and I am surprised by the response. I was certain she would have an answer, mainly because she is a Word MVP and I am not. Well then, that leaves us with Access. I don’t have time to figure this one out right now, but hopefully someone within this group can figure it out. Though I find it odd that it doesn’t work from Access if it works from within Word. Hmm, I wonder if it is a reference problem?!
