I have a client that is looking for a boxed app to handle purchasing (vendors, po's, etc.). They want it to be relatively narrow in scope (i.e., not a full-fledged CRM/invoicing/order entry/payroll). It would need to use Access or SQL Server as a back-end, and preferrably be open source, but that's not mandatory.
