How about modifying your membership table to include a Yes/No field for
ActiveMember. That way, you can just flip a switch on the member rather
than worry about moving records. Perhaps you should also add a field
for tracking the date that they went inactive, so if they have not
re-activated themselves for several years, you can just archive them
away.

Subject: [AccessDevelopers] Move Expired members to another table

Hi All,
I have this membership access database that i am working with and i am
having some problems that i need your help with.

First let me explain my database to you guys, this is a membership
database and membership is an year long only.

What I would like to do is to move the expired members to an another
table. Since membership is year long only after each year i want the
memebers to move to another table if they dont want to continue the
membership and in the future if they want to renew it i can just simply
move them back to the main table.

is that possible??

Any help would be nice.
thanks alot

here is my database http://www.megaupload.com/?d=40CLA7QM its 89kb.
