Hi Carl, With the combo, if you make the rowsource the field the combo is bound to and you have moved the form to a new record. You can turn off the Limit to List option and whatever you type in there gets added to the list automatically, you don't need the Not In List function.
Use SELECT DISTINCT in the rowsource for the combo.
