having trouble with an ODBC connection attempting to connect Access to SQL server via ODBC when logged in as administrator or anyone within the admin group it works when logging in as any user it does not work
works when you make the user a member of the admin group what privilege needs to be added to the user OR what security needs to be setup i am not an administrator just a humble hacker stuck with administrating this thing so ALL talk of "pipes", "ports" and an entire alphabet of acronyms is wasted on me... i would just like to know how to point click and fix this thing thanks to anyone who can help ------------------------ Yahoo!
