Title: Custom Size Printing








I'm attempting to format a report to print on a 3" x 5" card, and having a difficult time.  


I've created a custom form in the printing properties on the machine according to this article:

...but the custom form does not in the report's size setting in Page Setup.  


I know that ultimately the printer's capabilities dictate whether the custom size is supported, but we're dealing with HP 4000, 4050, and 2100, which are all (relatively) high-end printers.  

Has anyone dealt with this successfully?
