In the code window, go to Tools/References and then go down and check
the checkbox for 

Microsoft DAO x.x Ojbect Library

Depending on what version of Access you have, you may see 3.51 or 3.6 or
something higher.  Choose the one with the highest number there.

I keep getting the following error on that line:
"Compile Error: User-defined type not defined."

I am clueless!!! :)
