I had not seen a response to this query so will provide an answer to your
query.

The first thing to do is to sort the field in question by descending order.
If you want to see all the numbers with the top five at the top then do
nothing.

If you want just the top five numbers then you may select this on the Query
Design Toolbar.  To the right of the Totals icon (the one that looks a funny
E) is a combo box that says "All".  This is where you can enter the number
of records you wish the resulting query to provide.
