Hal,
You are on the right track but I think that the fields desired may have
information in them or may be blank.
I would base my report on a query as you suggested but would put "Is Not
Null" in the field where there may be no information.  By doing this only
the fields with information will print in the report.

I'm sure there is a very easy way to do this...but not being a real strong
user of Access, need help!!  I am going to print a report but many fields in
the table are blank.  I don't want those fields referenced on the report at
all, just the fields with data.  How can I do this?
