I'm not a report expert. I have created many, but they are usually fairly simple and based on queries. I'm not sure how one would go about creating a report based on data typed into unbound text boxes on a form (which is what it sounds like you have) other than writing the data to a temporary table and then basing the report on that (which takes a lot of VBA programming).
I think you may want to look at revising your form and table structure so that the data gets typed into bound controls on the form. That would take advantage of Access' built-in features. I don't think there's an easy way to pass a report a bunch of unbound data. If you could give the group a lot more detail on your table structure and what you would like on the report, I think we could provide a much better answer.
