You could also try using Chr(34)

    if u're using double quotes in a string, u've to use this special character 2 times(immediately) to appear  as a character.
 
eg. ur o/p :  I am a proud "INDIAN"
to get the above o/p, u should give the string like

2. Single QUotes
 
if u're using single quotes inside a string, there's no problem occurs. but if u're using single quotes outside a string, from that character Access VBA will take it as a comment.
