Jim,       My sample db named ScheduleTracker might be of interest to you. It is available at Rogers Access Library (other developers library). Link - http://www.rogersaccesslibrary.com       Whenever the db is opened, there is an automatic pop up notice if any event happens to be due shortly ahead.
