Dear AccessGrid Team I'm P.A. Fuentes. I'm member of the support team of the AccessGrid node 622 (DTA - AG) in Carabobo Venezuela. I 'm writing you because i'm trying to obtain a Service Certificate (Venue Server) by the Certificate Request Tool but the status of my request is not ready and it has been not ready for more than 1 week. i'm wondering if you can help me to solve this problem
