Colleagues

I am happy to announce the release of the "Access Grid Installation Guide for

This document has undergone substantial redevelopment from previous "Fedora"
install guides.

This document contains many sections, these include:

  *   Scheduling useful tasks<http://www.accessgrid.org/node/2586>
  * Setting up an AG Development
Environment<http://www.accessgrid.org/node/2588>
  * Installation drivers for the black magic
cards<http://www.accessgrid.org/node/2589>
  *   Conclusion<http://www.accessgrid.org/node/2587>

Some of the new content includes information on GRAV and the installation of
the “Black Magic” drivers.

There are a few little tweaks and additional content that will be made soon,
including information on “Adding and configuring HD Video Services” and
therefore I wanted to note this document is a “living” document with updates
occurring on a regular basis.

I would welcome any feedback (even grammar) and any improvements or additional
content you would like to see.
There are many people who have helped to make this document possible (see
Conclusion<http://www.accessgrid.org/node/2587> for list of thanks), but I
would like to especially thank Doug Kosovic for all his help.

Cheers,

Jason.
