One other possibility - there have been some bug reports (buzilla #1949, #1957) which seem to implicate the most recent versions of the python and twisted packages used in the reporting platforms. In particular twisted versions > 8.2 and python version > 2.6. I think this means Fedora >= 14, definitely Ubuntu 11.04, 11.10 (natty & oneiric). I'm not sure what versions of these packages are on SUSE 12.3 etc., but that may be worth looking at. chris >> -------- Original Message -------- >> Subject: AG setup >> Date: Thu, 1 Dec 2011 16:06:58 -0800 >> From: Martin Siegert <sieg...@sfu.ca> >> To: Todd Zimmerman <todd.zimmer...@ubc.ca> >> >> Hi Todd, >> >> I reinstalled my desktop and then had to reinstall AG (version 3.2). >> It basically works (I made it through the siteleads meeting today), >> but there is one irritating issue: when I start AG and then go to the >> siteleads room (or any other room) neither rat nor vic come up. >> I need to go to "Configure node services ..." and remove the >> VideoServiceH264 and then add it back in.
