Is anyone else experiencing issues using the Service Manager in AG 3.2 on 
Windows 7 64?  Whenever I make a change in the service manager (adding, 
removing, configuring, enabling or disabling) I have to wait about a minute 
before the service manager and/or venue client is responsive again.  I have 
seen this behavior on both our node and my personal desktop systems.
