Gabriel:

The short answer is no, they should be unaffected. The bridges periodically
update their registration with the registry. When the registry came back up,
the bridge registrations should have begun to accumulate again.

Since you're getting only the UQVislab bridge, I'm suspicious. I'll look into
it in the morning.

Does the Bridge server and Registry peer going down and back up again imply
that all the AG bridges now need to be restarted ???

Having lots of issues today getting Bridges to work I made the mistake of
pressing Purge and lost all bridges except UQVislab

Subject: Access Grid service outage at Argonne

On Saturday, September 11, the machine room that houses the Argonne AccessGrid
servers will be offline due to perform power maintenance. The maintenance
period will begin at 6:00am CDT and is expected to last for 12 hours. This
outage will affect the following Access Grid services at Argonne:

- AG Venue server vv3.mcs.anl.gov
- Jabber server jabber.mcs.anl.gov
- AG Bridge server milton.mcs.anl.gov
- AG Registry peer vv3.mcs.anl.gov
- AG software downloads at www.mcs.anl.gov

I'll send a notice when service has been restored, which will likely be late
Saturday.
