I would suggest changing venueservers for the meeting since there may not be enough time to fix. Perhaps you could book on the NCSA and/or Argonne venueservers quickly. Else, feel free to use ours - the WestGrid venueserver for a quick fix: https://venueserver.westgrid.ca:8000/Venues/default You can use Meeting Room 1. (Lobby=> Meeting Rooms Lobby=> Meeting Room 1). You may have to specify a single bridge that everyone connects everyone in case there are multicast issues.
