Jeremy,

We ended up going with a Christie Mirage HD6 stereoscopic projector.  We also 
added a "4-window processor" so that we can route 4 (5 if you count the 
background) separate signals to the projector.

We also looked at the Barcos, but settled on Christie based on cost, user 
experience, etc.

So far (7 months or so) we have been happy with the choice.
