ZsoltNagykaldi I know there are issues with the Windows install of AG 3.2 Beta.
See http://www.accessgrid.org/node/1854 for some information. Unfortunately the issues I have seen are slightly different to the problem you are having. Try renaming the directory C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Application Data\AccessGrid3 and starting the software again, you will have to setup things again, but it will remove any possible issues from AG 3.2.
