Hi Tom,

Unfortunately I wasn't able to exactly reproduce this bug - probably something
having to do with the fact that that machine went from 3.1 to 3.2 and back
during testing, which also seems to have wiped out some of the older logs. I
have a feeling it might have to do with accented characters, though, since this
is on a machine in Croatia. What's left of the logs is attached, not sure if
they actually contain the errors in question - I also tested restarting the
audio and video services with accented characters in the name field (ex:
ćčpšđž), and RAT would be fine but a VideoProducer wouldn't start ("Error
enabling service", looks like the log lists an ascii encoding erorr). I was
also unable to enter a venue with accented characters in the name field under
3.1.

The AudioService.log file will detail the command and options used to launch
RAT. Something is likely wrong there. If it's not clear to you, send the log
along and I'll take a look.

      hi,

i need help. i'm getting strange errors from an AG install on a windows
XP machine
on our campus in Croatia. this AG 3.1 build 1. this error is from a RAT
popup box:

RAT 4.4.00 Usage: Invalid Address: L16-16K-Mono

anytime rat is invoked. rat never comes up.

a previous install had a different but similar problem with vic (and not
rat):

      vic: destination address required.

i have no idea why these particular errors are being generated. any clues?

      thanks,
