Hello Natalia Are you using MS Windows? When we were using Windows on our main nodes, we had lots of problems with the RAT hanging. This was caused by a mbus issue - when the mouse was moved around quickly. I thought this was documented somewhere?? Finally went to linux and haven't had any problems since.
