Hi Sean, I faced this problem also and got the solution from Christoph, here is his comment :
Edit ~/.AccessGrid3/Config/preferences file; find the line beginning with "multicast" and change its value "False" to "0" (thats a zero, with no quotation marks). Regards Muhammad
