VPCScreen does a pretty good job especially if you have the new SUMOVER UCL vic installed (e.g. the one that comes with AG 3.1 beta) which has H.261AS support. With the VPCScreenProducerService set to H261AS, just click on an Arbitrary Sized window and it will start streaming at that resolution and the receiving vic will display it at that resolution. Some of the benefits using VPCScreen is that the latency is fairly low compared to VNC and SharedPresentation, you can record using AGVCR and it does multicast.
