Hi, Try something like "C:\PROGRA~1\" instead of "C:\Program Files\". It usually helps in case of problems concerning with spaces in the path and old parsers. Since MSDOS names should have only 8 chars long, at maximum, and no spaces or special chars. So, if you have a directory with more than 8 chars, you can use an abbreviation of it using the first 6 and adding '~1' at the end. If you have more than one directory starting with the same first 6 chars, '~2' and '~3' can be used. I believe that this notation can also be used for file names.

Uram; ag-tech Subject: RE: [AG-TECH] Access Grid 3.1 beta1 Release Available Hi, I am still getting the same issue with this that I was having with all versions since 3. The audio and video services do not start when I enter a venue. Attached are my log files of the services. I believe that the problem is to do with the fact that there are spaces in the path to the executable (at least if I put the executable in inverted commas, it goes away). This does not appear to affect everyone, but I have seen it happen on systems other than mine, so I don't think this is an isolated issue.
