But when I run the tools/GenerateInterfaces.py,there is some error:
"d:\programfiles\python23\python.exe: can't open file 
'd:\programfiles\python23\Scripts\wsdl2py.py'"
I install the python23 in the dir: "d:\programfiles\python23\"
But there is no wsdl2py.py in the dir "d:\programfiles\python23\Scripts\".

The AccessGrid/interfaces directory & contents are generated at
package build time and are not part of the code in cvs. You can use
tools/GenerateInterfaces.py to generate them yourself from within
your downloaded cvs code.
