[AG-TECH] How to solve "you have to be connected to be a venue to send a text message" ??

Hello!

I had a chance to deploy Access Grid 3.0.2 for an intranet where as a private 
venue server is required. I have no trouble connecting to the server. However, 
If I enter text in the Message Field, and click Display, I get this error 
messgae "you have to be connected to be a venue to send a text message".  Is 
there a way to fix this problem?
