The January Townhall is scheduled for Tuesday, January 9, at 10:00AM CDT (16:00 UTC). It will be held in the Argonne National Laboratory venue on the institutional venue server (Go to https://ivs.mcs.anl.gov:9000/Venues/default, then Government Institutions Lobby, then Argonne National Lab). It can also be accessed using AG3 in the Argonne National Laboratory venue on the vv3 server (https://vv3.mcs.anl.gov:8000/Venues/default, then Institution Lobby, then Government Institutions, then Argonne National Laboratory).
We will discuss topics of general interest to the community, including the AG and collaboration in general, and AG2/AG3 in particular. We'll also field questions about this year's AG Retreat, scheduled for May 14-16 in Chicago. This is an open forum for the community to air issues, new collaborations, and innovative ideas; please come prepared to participate. There will be a second session held for those in the Asia-Pacific region, on THURSDAY, JANUARY 11 at 6:00PM CDT (00:00 UTC, FRIDAY); note that this is a different day and a different time. Of course, anyone is welcome to attend this session, if it's more agreeable with their schedules. ANL will be running bridges in the Argonne venue for these meetings.
