Hi Paul: There may be a VenueClient.log file in
C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\AccessGrid3\Logs the content of which may indicate the problem. If the problem is not evident to you or the user, you could send it (privately) for me to look at. If there is no such file, do this: - Open a command shell - cd C:\Program Files\AGTk-3\bin - run VenueClient3.py --debug and send the text that is displayed.
