Has anybody come across this problem before. When I start AP-Ware and connect to the Gentner I don't see the matrix. I've clicked several times on the AP400 icon, the mouse goes to an hourglass then stops. Is this some sort of overlay problem?
If I can't get the matrix on screen, what are the key commands to turn on the phone jacks? Thanks for any help! -- Jeremy
