Michael: I can help you resolve this problem. Since the software is not starting for you, I'd like you to do two things:
* Run the VenueClient on the command line - Open a command shell - cd \program files\agtk-3\bin - runag3.py venueclient3.py - describe what appears in the command shell window as a result of this command * Locate the VenueClient.log file and send it - On Windows, this file will reside in c:\documents and settings\<you>\application data\accessgrid3\logs Tom On 8/10/06 1:15 PM, George Estes wrote: > Hello, > > Does anyone have a suggestion for Mike as to how to fix this problem? > > Thanks, > George > > >> X-Envelope-From: m...@drexel.edu >> X-Envelope-To: <ges...@ncsa.uiuc.edu> >> From: "Michael Piasecki" <m...@drexel.edu> >> To: <ges...@ncsa.uiuc.edu> >> Subject: AccessGrid >> Date: Thu, 10 Aug 2006 10:26:50 -0400 >> X-Mailer: Microsoft Office Outlook 11 >> Thread-Index: Aca8iQSdu5AGyvHmShO7DbFAwAV7+Q== >> X-NCSA-MailScanner: Found to be clean, Not scanned: please contact >> your Internet E-Mail Service Provider for details >> X-NCSA-MailScanner-Information: Please contact h...@ncsa.uiuc.edu for >> more information, mail.ncsa.uiuc.edu >> X-Deliver-To: gestes >> >> George >> >> My name is Mike Piasecki (Assoc Prof. at Drexel University) and I am >> involved with the CUAHSI and CLEANER (PI B.
