A fix for the Venue selection problem in AGSchedule has been tested and put in place. But of course, the real world may introduce unforeseen problems. Please let us know if you see any strange behavior. Also, please double-check that the venue you are assigned makes sense for your meeting.
If you have scheduled meetings since May 15 2006, please check the meeting details page to be sure you have an appropriate venue. If not, the Change Venue page has been updated and you should be able to change the venue. The problem was caused by introduction of additional criteria in various queries to handle serving AG3 venues and venues owned by sites other than NCSA.
