Hi George,

The venue client > displays this error "Can not add service manager to node service: get > addrinfo failed". I've tried all the fixes I remember from the 2 version > with no luck. Sounds as though DNS isn't setup correctly somewhere, on WinXP in a command-line console, does 'nslookup your_linuxPC_name' work? If you are running Fedora Core linux, here are a few suggestions: If you are running kernel 2.6.16-1.2107_FC5, upgrade to another kernel, see: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=190644 If you aren't using DHCP, you may need to fix your /etc/hosts file, see: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=72594 http://agcentral.org/help/tutorial/aginstallonfc5/beforeinstall If you had the AG3 beta2 RPMs installed, make certain you do a 'yum update' to get all of the latest AG3 RPM dependencies. Cheers, Doug
