Try the --debug switch or look in the logs in ~/.AccessGrid/Logs. If it's Globus related, you could build the debug version of pyGlobus: http://www.vislab.uq.edu.au/accessgrid3/fedora/5/SRPMS/pyGlobus-gccdbgpthr-1.0.10-2.fc5.src.rpm On FC5, the debug version of pyGlobus works, but the normal one doesn't.
