There is no way to configure the BridgeServer to pick up new venues as they're added. That would be a fine feature. Or, alternatively, to add a SOAP interface and configuration UI so you could add venues from any server, specifying the ports to use, stop bridging venues, etc.
I'd suggest submitting this to Bugzilla as a feature request. This would make it a reference for AG2 and AG3 work. Also, if someone wanted to contribute to making this happen for the AG2 BridgeServer, I'd be willing to answer any questions.
