Hi, You can edit the file: c:\documents and settings\<username>\Application Data\AccessGrid\local_services\VideoProducerService\VideoProducerService.py directly, and it should pick up the changes. The problem might be that you have made a syntax error that means that the script cannot be run. You can test this by running the script from the command line e.g. from the above directory run: python VideoProducerService.py
This will at least test if the script is correct.
