G'day West

We have purposely removed any technical assumptions as part of the QA
process.

It doesn't matter what type of microphones, speakers, echo canceller or
computer workstations utilizes. As long as when participating within an
AG session, the audio, video, networking and shared apps work. In
reality, that's all that matters to the users of the Access Grid.

Thanks very much for your email and if you have any further questions,
please don't hesitate to contact me.

Cheers,
Jason.

Subject: Re: [AG-TECH] Quality Assurance Testing of Access Grids

Hi Jason:

Great work. I really like your quality assurance idea. One thing
that would be helpful is if you could tell me where on your web-site you
placed the technical assumptions behind your QA
tests. For example, my set-up is based on mrouted and commdity
computation gear. I am sure the tech assumptions are staring me in the
face so if you could tell where they are I would appreciate it.

Again, good work and best regards,

West Suhanic
