Hi Steve: We (the AG developers at Argonne) are still signing the certificates. I apologize that you've met with an unfortunate delay. I did just sign certificates, and saw a couple requested by you.
If you have any trouble with them (or, in the future, with other certificate requests), you can send mail to agdev...@mcs.anl.gov.
