Yes.......but only 1.  If you have multiple's or a USB cam or any other video 
device for that matter it won't work.  I have a WinTV card on my desktop 
machine and don't have any problems.  But add another video device and 
well.............

Anybody, ever installed a Hauppauge WinTV video capture card on a WinXP Pro SP2
