Hi, I never had a lot of luck getting a WinTV PVR-150 card working, also in a Dell, also with XP2. I gave up in the end and bought an Osprey 100 (since they use BT878 chips and not the CX26881). The node that had it now has a Spectra8 board (also BT878). Looking back I seem to remember some help from Andrew Rowley about the WinTV-PVR150:
